Joan Laporta noted that Barcelona was the opportunity to contract with the current bilateral Almadrida Kaka and Ronaldo, but the club rejected the idea.
In an interview with Radio Alawnda Thira Spanish said: "Berlusconi (President Milan) presented us with a reciprocal deal goes through Barcelona Kaka and Ronaldinho for Milan, but we refused because Ronaldinho was the best player in the Blaugrana at the time."
